  • 1 gallon skim milk

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

    9. Remove the cheesecloth and cut it into pieces of the desired size.
    10. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes.
    11. Spread them out on a cooling rack and let them dry for at least 24 hours.
